30+ years in escrow has taught me one thing—experience matters, but communication and follow-through matter even more.
I’ve been in the escrow industry for many years, starting as a receptionist and quickly learning the process to become an escrow officer. Over the course of my career, I’ve owned my own escrow company and have managed and served as an escrow officer for multiple companies, giving me the experience and leadership to handle any transaction with confidence. I’ve handled a wide range of transactions: residential, commercial, short sales, refinances, probates, mobile homes, 1031 exchanges, and more—ensuring every deal closes smoothly and on time.
I understand how important it is for agents to have a reliable escrow partner they can trust to protect their clients and their reputation. That’s why I focus on clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and keeping every transaction on track from start to finish.
